The Shadow netWorkspace (SNS) project is a form of action research.
In developing SNS we hope to improve our understanding of collaborative,
network-based learning environments and to provide a software solution that can
be freely and easily implemented in a variety of learning contexts. In doing
research to improve our understanding our interests span a number of areas:
new technologies, user interfaces and usability, learning models, instructional
strategies, curriculum development, school reform and improvement, community
participation, school leadership and professional development.
The plan for this space on the SNS web site is to present information
about research projects surrounding the work on the Shadow netWorkspace.
Time has not yet permitted the creation of materials for this section,
but we hope to have information available here soon!
